Ms. Hsiu-Lan KangSenior Executive Officer, Department of Exhibition, National Palace MuseumHsiu-Lan Kang develops museum education and cultural equity programs, drawing on many years of practical experience in both social and arts administration, with sustained attention to differences in socioeconomic background. Her work has long focused on groups with lower levels of participation, including students in rural areas, children and youth in special circumstances, and senior adults. Through diverse interpretive approaches and cross-disciplinary collaboration, Lan develops connections between artifacts and contemporary life, fosters collaborations between museums, and implements the core values of cultural equity and museum education.
